Retries depend on opening hours and whether the business answers. A standard task does not include unlimited redials, a search across several businesses or waiting for a future booking release. Ask us to confirm the scope and price for those requests before paying.
Ongoing business callbacks are a separate option below. Deposits, meals, delivery and cancellation charges are separate. If your requested outcome is not achieved, your service fee is refunded.

What is NativeCall?
NativeCall is a phone service for people who don't speak Japanese: a real person calls in Japanese for you (from US$5, completed and reported in writing within 24 hours of payment), or you make the call yourself with live translation in the app.
Can the caller guarantee a refund?
No. The caller can explain and dispute the charge, but the company decides whether to refund or adjust the bill.
What information should I provide?
Provide the company name, phone number, account or customer number, charge amount, date, and the resolution you want.
How much does a bill dispute call cost?

What language do you call in?
Every task includes a call from a real person in Japanese, at no extra charge. You don't need to join the call; we complete the phone task and send the result in writing within 24 hours of payment.
How long does it take?
A real person calls in Japanese and finishes your task within 24 hours, then reports in writing. The recipient's hours, availability and policies still apply.
Am I charged if my requested outcome is not achieved?
No. A connected call or a written report alone does not count as success. Paid web tasks receive a full refund; app tasks have their deducted credits returned. Venue deposits, cancellation charges, and other third-party fees remain subject to the recipient's terms. Search: US$150 upfront. If we cannot find your item, we refund US$120 and retain the US$30 search fee.
What tasks are in scope?
Ordinary personal, travel, business, and clinic administration calls, such as bookings, hotel requests, redelivery, and appointment confirmations. Routine lost-property enquiries to police offices are also supported. Emergencies, crime reports, investigations, and other law-enforcement matters are excluded. Use official multilingual services first when they can meet your needs.
Can you leave a Japanese contact number and handle callbacks?
Yes. A Japanese service number costs US$5 extra; callback handling costs another US$5, or US$10 for both. Coverage lasts through your mission, up to 60 days. Callback handling includes answering the business, relaying messages to you and calling it back. Answering, support and calling hours are 09:00–24:00 Japan time; we return missed calls. This is a task contact number, not a personal SIM or SMS verification service. Every task already includes a human confirmation or completion call; that call does not require the callback add-on.
