Terms of use

Last updated: September 8, 2026

Native Call provides live translated calls and a service that handles phone tasks for ordinary personal, travel, business, and clinic administration needs.

Acceptable use

You may use Native Call only for lawful calls that you are authorized to place. Anonymous, prank, deceptive, abusive, or harassing calls are not allowed.

Translation limits

The service uses AI-generated speech translation. Output may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. You remain responsible for what is said and how you use the service.

Service scope

Routine lost-property enquiries to police offices are supported. Emergencies, crime reports, investigations, and other law-enforcement matters are excluded. Ordinary clinic administration, such as booking or changing appointments and confirming documents, is welcome. Use official multilingual services first when they can meet your needs.

Billing

Calls consume prepaid credits based on usage. Pricing, credit packs, and billing flows may change by region or app version.

Routine tasks eligible for AI calling start with AI; tasks requiring human-only handling start with a specialist. For every delegated task, we complete the phone-call task within 24 hours of payment, including a human call to confirm the outcome or complete the task. A connected call or a report alone does not count as success. We charge a service fee only when your requested outcome is achieved. Otherwise, all upfront payments are refunded in full, including any initial lost-property search payment; app task credits are returned. Restaurant availability and recipient policies still apply. Physical pickup and shipping use a separately agreed schedule.

Account controls

You can end calls at any time. You can also request account deletion inside the app. Deleting your account removes access to stored transcript history.
