Season note — checked September 2026. Strawberry picking is mainly a winter/spring activity; some farms have finished their season. Café or direct-sales opening does not mean picking is available. Check official announcements for the next season’s dates, prices and fruit conditions.

Filters use published booking rules, not live availability. Options with unknown prices or capacity stay visible as unconfirmed.

GOOD TO KNOW

Before you book,
a few useful answers.

When is strawberry-picking season in Tokyo?+

Dates vary by farm. Machida lists a usual season from late December to mid-May. Ishii offers pick-and-weigh in December, with buffet dates announced separately. Summer and autumn café, ice-cream or direct-sales opening is not a picking schedule.

Do all farms require reservations?+

No. Fuchu accepts online reservations only; Kato Farm releases dates through a dedicated site; Machida requires reservations. Ishii does not accept reservations: follow current announcements and call only to ask about opening, not to hold places.

How do child tickets, buffets and weigh-and-pay compare?+

Choose the activity, then provide children’s exact ages for ticket confirmation. Buffets have time limits; pick-and-weigh is charged by weight and cannot be directly compared with a per-person ticket. Varieties, ripe fruit and capacity change with daily conditions.

Does submitting a request confirm my booking?+

No. Date and budget filters help you compare options; they do not check live availability. You can book directly through the official website. For phone assistance, review your request and payment terms before NativeCall contacts the venue. Venue charges are separate. A booking is only confirmed when the venue accepts it.

How should I read the photos, prices and filters?+

Photos come from the linked official sources and may show brand styling, facilities or example packages, rather than what is available on your date. Prices are per-person references excluding unlisted extras and NativeCall assistance. Starting prices are not date-specific quotes. Unknown prices and group capacity remain visible as unconfirmed. This is a curated directory, not an exhaustive list or a ranking based on personal visits.

Can I pay on the website without downloading an app?+

Yes. Choose an item, enter your date and requirements, and check the venue and contact email before proceeding to Stripe. Website checkout works on phones and computers; no app is required. Japanese phone assistance costs US$7 per request. Venue charges, products, deposits and other third-party costs are separate. Optional priority service is priced before payment.

Who handles my request, when will I hear back, and what if it is unsuccessful?+

Every task gets a call from a real person in Japanese. We finish it and report back in writing within 24 hours of payment. This is the phone-assistance timeframe, not a guarantee of venue availability or booking success. If your requested outcome is not achieved, NativeCall refunds the service prepayment. Venue deposits, cancellation fees and other third-party costs follow the venue’s terms.

Do I have to book through NativeCall?+

No. Every listing links to an official website so you can check and book directly, avoiding our assistance fee when you do not need it. Online-only venues have no phone checkout here. Venues that do not accept reservations can only be contacted about opening and participation. NativeCall is an independent phone assistance service, not an official venue agent.
