About NativeCall
NativeCall is a phone service for people who don't speak Japanese: a real person calls in Japanese for you (from US$5, completed and reported in writing within 24 hours of payment), or you make the call yourself with live translation in the app.
How a task call works
Every task gets a call from a real person in Japanese. We finish it and report back in writing within 24 hours of payment. The recipient's hours, availability, and policies still affect whether your requested outcome can be achieved. If it cannot, there is no service fee and any upfront payment is refunded in full. Lost-property Search has separate terms: US$150 upfront, with US$120 refunded if not found and the US$30 search fee retained.
You describe the task and the outcome you want. You don't join the call. We publish completion, refund and turnaround counts on our task results page.
How a translated call works
You can speak English, Mandarin, or Cantonese. The person in Japan hears Japanese, and their Japanese reply is translated back into your selected language. The person in Japan answers a normal phone call and does not need to install an app, create an account, or open a link.
Do not rely only on AI translation for emergencies, legal or insurance disputes, payment disputes, or medical calls that require a qualified interpreter. Use the relevant official channel or a qualified human interpreter.
