Help with Japanese phone calls
Your task. The Japanese phone call handled.
Delegate a booking, hotel confirmation or everyday phone task to NativeCall. Prefer to speak yourself? Use live phone translation in the app. Choose the route that fits your situation, with the costs, process and limits explained up front.
Hand it over: human confirmation and a clear result
Routine tasks eligible for AI calling start with AI; tasks requiring human-only handling start with a specialist. Within 24 hours of payment, we complete the phone-call task, including a human call to confirm the outcome or complete the task, and report back in writing. The recipient's hours, availability, and policies still affect whether your requested outcome can be achieved. If it cannot, there is no service fee and any upfront payment is refunded in full.
- Submit the recipient, the outcome you want and the information needed to act.
- Review the task price and pay. Specify which alternatives you authorize us to accept.
- We make the call, a human confirms the outcome or completes the task, and we report what was confirmed and anything unresolved.
A connection, an attempt or a report alone does not mean your goal was achieved. Within 24 hours of payment, we complete the phone-call task, including a human call to confirm the outcome or complete the task, and report back in writing. Opening hours, availability, and recipient policies affect the result; the refund promise applies when the goal cannot be achieved. Physical pickup and shipping use a separately agreed schedule.

Restaurant bookings, cancellations and changes
We can request a new booking. For an existing booking, whether made directly or through another platform, we can request a change or cancellation. The venue or platform decides whether it accepts the request and any cancellation charge.
See how it works → Hotel confirmations and stay requests
Confirm a reservation, late arrival or a stay request. Share the booking platform and reference so the hotel can find the right record.
See how it works → Rental-car reservation checks or pickup-time changes · US$4
Share the company, branch, reservation name or number, and preferred new time. We ask whether the change is possible; the rental company still decides the vehicle, charges and branch rules.
See how it works → Utility start dates and routine repairs · US$7
Ask an electricity, gas, water, internet or service provider for a start date, or schedule a technician when phone booking is available. Provide the address, account details and acceptable times.
See how it works → Routine landlord repairs and shop stock checks · US$7
We can relay a non-emergency repair request to a landlord, or ask a shop whether an item is in stock and can be held. Provide the issue or item, address or product details, and your acceptable boundaries.
See how it works → You can also request routine lost-property enquiries with hotels, businesses, transport operators, or police lost-property offices. Emergencies, crime reports, investigations, and other law-enforcement matters are excluded. Use official multilingual services directly when they meet your needs.
Data-only eSIM? You can still make the Japanese call.
The NativeCall app uses Wi-Fi or mobile data to call supported Japanese telephone numbers. Speak English, Mandarin or Cantonese; the recipient hears Japanese and their reply is translated back. The recipient answers a normal phone call without installing NativeCall.
This fits conversations where you want to answer follow-up questions, compare options or decide on the spot. You need reliable internet, microphone permission and app credits. A data-only plan itself does not provide a voice line; NativeCall supplies the separate internet-calling and translation service.
Performance varies by device, eSIM, network and telephone route; every combination has not been tested. Speech recognition and translation can make mistakes, so ask the recipient to confirm important names, numbers and dates.
Delegate the task or make a translated call?
| What to compare | Delegated task | Live translated call |
| Best fit | You want to hand over a defined task | You want to ask, listen and decide yourself |
|---|
| Who joins the call | NativeCall contacts the recipient for you | You call through the app with AI translation |
|---|
| Human involvement | Every task includes a human confirmation or completion call | Live voice translation; a human interpreter is not included |
|---|
| Payment and outcome | Review the quote before submitting; service fee refunded if the requested goal is not achieved | Uses app credits; check the current charge before calling |
The delegated-task outcome refund promise does not apply to live translated calls. Web task upfront payments are refunded; deducted app task credits are returned. Restaurant deposits, cancellation fees and other third-party charges remain subject to the recipient’s terms.
Prepare the details that help the call move forward
- The right recipient: confirm the branch, number and telephone hours on its official website.
- A clear goal: dates, times, party size, booking or delivery reference, and acceptable alternatives.
- Your authorization: which changes, costs or conditions can be accepted and which need your approval first.
- A working contact: supply a phone number or email you can receive messages at, and check which contact methods the recipient accepts.
