There were buses from Kumamoto to Hakata on the afternoon of the 29th, so I asked NativeCall to help check whether I could get refunds for the rest of my itinerary further south in Kagoshima. NativeCall took the request quickly and even said they would not charge me because of the earthquake. After 64 minutes, they had contacted two hotels and a ferry company, giving me a rough idea that I could get at least half my money back for the upcoming part of the trip. That let me focus on changing to an earlier flight and heading north to Hakata. Without NativeCall, I might still have been waiting in Kumamoto for the Shinkansen to restart while the aftershocks kept coming. Their help gave me the confidence to leave Kumamoto that same day. In the end, I boarded a bus to Hakata at 16:40 that afternoon. I had not expected NativeCall to help so quickly. Especially when travelling alone and not knowing much Japanese, having NativeCall make calls for me made everything much easier. Thank you for helping Hong Kong travellers affected by the disaster!
2026年7月28日熊本發生地震，29日下晝有巴士可以由熊本去博多，於是我就搵native call幫手睇吓跟住落嚟南邊鹿兒島嘅行程可唔可以退錢。NativeCall好快就受理，仲話因為地震唔收我錢。64分鐘之後，佢地就問左兩間酒店同一間船公司，令我大致知道嚟緊嘅行程可以起碼退到一半錢，我先全力研究改早機票同埋北上博多。冇NativeCall嘅話，可能我仲喺餘震不斷嘅熊本度等緊新幹線開返。因為有NativeCall呢個好幫手，我先更加確定可以即日離開熊本。最後，當日下晝16:40我就上咗車離開熊本去博多。冇諗到NativeCall會咁快幫手，尤其自己一個旅遊，又唔熟日文，有native call幫手打電話，真係事半功倍。感謝NativeCall為受災港人嘅付出！

I topped up and tried making the call myself using the AI translation, but both attempts failed. To my surprise, they refunded the unsuccessful calls and could also put me in touch with a person through LINE to help contact the company directly. What an amazing service! They helped get it done right away. Highly recommended!!
