Got NativeCall to help me find a hotel. After they spoke with the hotel on my behalf I felt completely reassured, because all the transport was delayed and I didn't get from Narita into the city until the next morning. That meant I didn't have to panic about arriving late and losing the room 🙏 Thank you 🥹 They also sorted everything out really quickly, were polite and kept me well informed 👍

I was travelling in Japan solo, but restaurants didn't offer reservations for one person. I remembered seeing NativeCall on Threads, so I signed up straight away and asked them to help with the enquiry and booking, and I finally managed to get a reservation ☺️ That said, there's still room for improvement. For example, the app promises things will be sorted within 24 hours, with a completion time included. Of course, I understand other factors can mean a request isn't finished on time, but I'd still hope they could give customers an update in good time, rather than me having to chase customer service myself. After all, a promise creates expectations — when the deadline passes with no reply, I don't even know whether I should start thinking about a Plan B.
一人遊日，但餐廳無提供一人訂座，記得喺Threads見過NativeCall, 即刻登記搵佢哋幫手詢問兼預約，終於順利預約到☺️不過，仍有改善空間嘅。例如App內承諾24小時內辦妥，仲有埋完成時間，當然我明白會有其他因素導致要求未能如時完成，但都希望可以適時俾個update客人，而唔駛我倒轉追問CS。始終有承諾就會有期望，逾時無回覆，我都唔知係咪要諗定Plan B。

I got so absorbed in my walk that I completely forgot the restaurant I had booked and missed it. Luckily NativeCall saved me the ¥12,000 no-show fee. Compared with the 300 they charge for urgent handling, that is an incredible return. Highly recommended for anyone who does not speak Japanese and needs help in any situation!

A family member accidentally cancelled our booking the day before, and we nearly had to pay a 50% cancellation fee. Luckily the app could call the restaurant and explain, so we kept the booking and did not have to pay the extra 50% 🙏🏻 On the same day I lost my passport, and I thought I might need the app to call the police station for me. Luckily I found it at the shopping centre in the end, but being able to make a call gave me much more peace of mind.

They can cancel reservations and book restaurants for you It is truly amazing Love it If you want to travel Japan independently but your Japanese is not very fluent, I highly recommend it The human service is very attentive too And it is only 150 a time Many popular or old-school places only take reservations by phone But my hotel and credit card are pretty no-frills Xd, so neither could call ahead to book for me I did not expect this app that GPT recommended to me to be so useful Honestly, I have mixed feelings writing this review If too many people start using it, will it get so busy that I cannot get in anymore? 🤣 Now I am actually worried about that haha

An earthquake hit Kumamoto on July 28, 2026. There were buses from Kumamoto to Hakata on the afternoon of the 29th, so I asked NativeCall to help check whether I could get refunds for the rest of my itinerary further south in Kagoshima. NativeCall took the request quickly and even said they would not charge me because of the earthquake. After 64 minutes, they had contacted two hotels and a ferry company, giving me a rough idea that I could get at least half my money back for the upcoming part of the trip. That let me focus on changing to an earlier flight and heading north to Hakata. Without NativeCall, I might still have been waiting in Kumamoto for the Shinkansen to restart while the aftershocks kept coming. Their help gave me the confidence to leave Kumamoto that same day. In the end, I boarded a bus to Hakata at 16:40 that afternoon. I had not expected NativeCall to help so quickly. Especially when travelling alone and not knowing much Japanese, having NativeCall make calls for me made everything much easier. Thank you for helping Hong Kong travellers affected by the disaster!

I needed to call a car rental company about a rental issue, but I do not speak Japanese and did not know how to make an international call. I topped up and tried making the call myself using the AI translation, but both attempts failed. To my surprise, they refunded the unsuccessful calls and could also put me in touch with a person through LINE to help contact the company directly. What an amazing service! They helped get it done right away. Highly recommended!!
