The situation

What we did

2. Checked the center's requirements for collection by a proxy and helped prepare the authorization documents.
3. After receiving the owner's signed authorization, collected the phone in person.
4. Sent the phone to Canada by Japan Post EMS and reported the shipment to the owner.

Result

The phone was collected and shipped by Japan Post EMS on September 25, 2026. In an email received on October 7 (Japan time), the customer confirmed that the phone had arrived in Canada.
